Compensation

Best Day Trading Platforms may receive compensation when visitors open accounts or take actions through links on our site. This compensation comes from affiliate partnerships with some of the platforms we review and compare. Compensation may take the form of cost-per-action (CPA), revenue share or other arrangements depending on the platform's program.

How affiliate links are identified

Outbound platform links are labeled “Visit.” When a Visit link is commercial, it is identified beside the link and uses rel="sponsored nofollow noopener noreferrer". Direct official platform links use ordinary external-link attributes instead. Non-affiliate evidence links are labeled “Source.”

Commercial relationships do not affect calculations or data status

The site does not currently publish numerical platform scores or an algorithmic ranking.

  • Affiliate status is not an input to calculator formulas
  • Cost sorting uses the same precise ongoing monthly total for every compatible plan
  • Affiliate status cannot upgrade a record from review-needed to verified
  • The homepage uses a neutral alphabetical default order

The research and status rules are described on the methodology page.

Not all platforms have commercial relationships

We list platforms based on editorial relevance to day traders, not based on whether we have an affiliate agreement. Some platforms in our comparison have no commercial relationship with us and are included purely for the value they provide to our readers.

Does it change the price you pay?

Using an affiliate link does not increase the price you pay unless the platform itself states otherwise. Any pricing difference would come from the platform's own offer terms, not from our referral.

Sponsored link usage

We do not accept payment for inclusion or favorable coverage. Commercial links are standard affiliate referrals to platforms already represented in the database and are labeled as such.

Your responsibility

Before opening any trading account, you should:

  • Verify current pricing directly on the platform's official website
  • Read the platform's terms of service and fee schedule
  • Confirm the platform is available and regulated in your jurisdiction
  • Understand the risks of trading, including the possibility of losing your entire investment
